Usually, though, the commitment date can be arranged so that the out-of-town guests would have given their responses prior to that date. I should have added, too, there should be someone, other than the bride or groom (since they would be very busy), to be in-charged to make sure that the block of rooms are fully occupied. If Murphy happens, he/she could offer the discounted rates to the hotel's other guests. Hopefully there are some guests checking in without reservations. Hope you will visit again.
